諾富特里約熱內盧萊米酒店 (Novotel Rio de Janeiro Leme)

出門就是Leme海灘，很方便。酒店會提供一張換浴巾的卡，不用擔心海灘或者樓上泳池玩完沒有順手的浴巾。

Good hotel, nice location, amazing view with a really nice roof bar and pool. The breakfast has a great variety of pastries, sweets, cakes, and drinks options. The staff were very friendly, especially Ana in the reception, very attentive and helpful. I would recommend it.

已投訴。 1。 床品有汙漬 2。 整棟樓熱水壞了後，酒店不通知。 3。 登記入住在前台耗時非常長， 到了約定的登記時間兩點仍舊沒有房間。 4。 酒店門口是台階， 不是滑坡. 5。 早餐是沒有omelette/煎蛋可選擇的， 早餐餐廳極其擁擠。 6。房間內沒有提供免費飲用水。

Un buen Hotel con una excelente ubicación, buen servicio, una magnífica terraza (Rooftop bar)

Hotel z naciąganymi 4 gwiazdkami. Pokoje ok z dość małymi łóżkami czyste i schludne. Śniadania ok. Jedyne co może przeszkadzać to sposób dbania o czystość. Stoły przecierane są jedną chustką bez detergentu a okruchy i inne części jedzenia zrzucane na podłogę. Recepcja ogólnie jest bo jest - brak empatii i niesienia pomocy.

酒店位置非常棒棒，就在海邊附近，過馬路就是大海，屋頂有露天游泳池，可以看到整個海灘，遠處還能望見基督山，早餐也非常豐盛，服務態度也很好，下次來還繼續定這裡。

We booked this hotel in Nov at an inflated price of $1500 USD for 4 nights assuming there'd be rooftop access on NYE since the hotel website didn't call out a ticketed event for that night. When we arrived, the staff told us it was in fact a ticketed event for an additional $300 USD. Perhaps our oversight but we scowered the website before booking at such a high price and it wasn't there. The manager was very helpful in accommodating a cancellation if needed, ultimately we were too tired to pack and unpack again and waste another day in transit so we stayed and bought the tickets. Check in is 2pm. We arrived at 1pm and they said they had a room for us. It wasn't ready so we went to the pool where again, service was wonderful. Front desk gave us a tour of 2 rooms to choose from which was great, but then msgd me and said they'd have a diff room ready at 2:30. We went down at 3pm and the room changed yet again and the new room still wasn't ready. We got a room with no apologies at 4pm. The room was standard. Strong cleaning smell but decent. The shower hose didn't stay in place. The shower drain did not work at all - we had to kick the water to the corner each time for it to drain or pools of water stayed until the next day. The sink also didn't drain. The toilet stopped flushing. We had a plate with one chocolate on it from NYE which by the next day was covered in ants. We are very tidy girls and give some grace for older hotels to have some flaws, but the experience for the price we paid made us appreciate the airbnbs we'd stayed at before checking in here. Location is great, gym and pool are great, but not worth the $ for NYE or Carnival.

Genial el hotel, el rooftop y piscina, el gym con unas vistas espectacular y muy bien equipado,los empleados. Volveré sin duda. Bien ubicado Hotel de 5* 🥰😍
